Visits to ABAD House were made by a delegation of UAE group real estate companies led by Sardar Qaisar Hayat, Advisor to the Government of Pakistan on Gulf Countries. The Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD) has provided support for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) group of real estate corporations as they declare an investment of 20 to 25 billion dollars in Pakistan's building industry.

The official press release states that Chairman ABAD has pledged complete cooperation and welcomed the investment of 20 to 25 billion dollars in the building sector. The statement claims that Sardar Qaisar Hayat, Advisor to the Government of Pakistan on Gulf Countries, led a delegation of the UAE group of real estate enterprises that visited ABAD House. On this particular occasion, Pakistan's counselor to the Gulf countries, Sardar Qaisar Hayat, stated that the UAE real estate businesses' investment in Karachi's building industry will not only help Pakistan's economy grow, but also give its residents access to first-rate residential facilities.

According to Sardar Qaiser Hayat, Pakistanis living abroad wish to invest more than $25 billion in their country. The political and military leadership of Pakistan guarantees its expatriate citizens all the facilities and security they need to invest in Pakistan. According to him, the ABAD is the only organization that speaks for all Pakistani developers and builders and helps the country's government when it comes to establishing building regulations. Sardar Qaiser went on to say that global real estate investors will find Pakistan's construction industry to be a great place to invest through an organization such as ABAD. He conveyed the hope that the organization will offer Dubai's investors in Pakistan every assistance feasible. On this occasion, Chairman ABAD Asif Sumsum welcomed the investment of 25 billion dollars in the construction sector in Karachi by the group of real estate companies of UAE saying that foreign investment would revolutionize the construction sector of Pakistan. He assured the UAE real estate company of full cooperation from ABAD in Pakistan.
