Thousands of Afghan nationals who are not registered come home to their country via the borders of Torkham and Chaman every day. At the border between Torkham and Chaman, there are a lot of Afghans who are eager to return home.

There are transit camps with all the everyday amenities for undocumented foreigners set up in different areas of KP and Balochistan. Details indicate that yesterday saw the repatriation of 3035 illegal Afghans to their country.4,119 undocumented Afghans departed for their nation on November 8. 1,272 men, 1,188 women, and 1,659 children were among the Afghan nationals who returned home. Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar chaired a meeting of the National Action Plan (NAP) apex committee on October 3, during which he offered all foreign nationals living in the nation unlawfully until October 31 to leave willingly or risk deportation.

The caretaker administration has acted against unlawful immigration since the deadline passed. The majority of the unauthorized immigrants in Pakistan are Afghan nationals. The undocumented Afghans are currently being repatriated across the frontiers of Chaman and Torkham.In order to facilitate the seamless repatriation of the undocumented immigrants, the Afghan government and the FC have decided to maintain the Torkham border till 11 p.m.Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti, the acting interior minister, gave the relevant agencies instructions to create a detailed plan for the repatriation of foreign nationals living in Pakistan without authorization. In a meeting, the acting interior minister promised to address the problem of illegal immigration and give foreigners absolute protection.According to the minister, upholding law and order is the government's top concern, and mischievous acts.
